Carol Holt

Carol Holt began her career in the hearing care industry in 2008 as Patient Care Coordinator in the Fresno office. She received her State of California licensure in 2015. In 2016 she received Beltone's Master Practitioner Award for Excellence. Carol truly enjoys the experience of helping others hear better. She feels a great sense of satisfaction when she fits a patient with their hearing devices and their face just lights up! She takes great pride in genuine and personal care for her patients, their families and caregivers. Jonathan Rowley started his career in healthcare working at Community Hospitals of Central California and enjoyed being able to take care of patients and improve their quality of life. He transitioned into hearing healthcare because it provided him an opportunity to spend more time with his patients and achieve the same goal of improving their quality of life. Jon started in the hearing healthcare business in 2014 and became a licensed in 2015. Jon says, "I love my job because it allows me to help patients have quality hearing health. I have the opportunity to meet new people daily and establish long term relationships with them. I pride myself on being the best at what I do and feel my patients' receive the very best of care."

Dennis Thomas - President

Dennis Thomas, President of Beltone Central California, has been in the hearing industry since 1985. He is nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences. Dennis has worked in private practice as well as with manufacturers over the course of his career. Over the years, Dennis has come to realize that hearing healthcare is about more than just hearing aids. It is the trustworthy, caring and professional experience that makes all the difference. It is his goal to provide the very best in hearing healthcare by adhering to a strict code of ethics that is seen throughout all Beltone Central California offices. Dennis Thomas became licensed in hearing aid sciences is 1988 and opened a repair lab that same year. He was able to provide same-day repairs, which was unheard of at the time. In 1991 he became Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences. Dennis has spent most of his career in private practice, but in 2006, he moved into a consulting position for a major hearing aid manufacturer. Then, in 2010, he bought the Beltone office and is now doing what he loves - helping people hear to their full potential.

Michelle Campbell

Michelle Campbell has been in the hearing aid business since 2015. She became licensed as a Hearing Aid Dispenser in early 2017. She first became interested in hearing healthcare after witnessing her father's improvement in alertness when he was fit with hearing aids while living with Alzheimer's. Michelle feels that helping people hear well so they can stay connected to others is one of the most fulfilling things about her position.

Thomas McKiernan is a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist and has been serving in the hearing healthcare field since 2002. Passionate about helping people hear better. He believes quality of life is directly related to relationships and that connecting with people on a personal level is what enriches our lives. The ability to hear well is vital to that personal connection.
