I have purchased 2 units now the first one had issues but this XL is junk and Brend thinks he is the smartest guy in the room and he is not even close. So the support is basically him telling you all the things you have done wrong and it could not possibly be his unit but it is. Save yourself the headache and money and go with another system anything is better than this here it is 6 months later and the XL still does not work as advertised or at all.
