Ademruimte (meaning breathing space in Dutch) is a new foundation that started in 2019. It started as a research project where a group of specialised designers, healthworkers, urbanists and architects came together to design a public space for rest, contemplation and silence; something that is missing in modern cities. The foundation exist now out of a core group of artist and designers. Goal of the foundation is to develop new biofeedback art projects and present them in our presentation space in the city center of The Hague and other presentation platforms. We focus on development of consciousness through innovative design and the use of modern technologies... We are a platform facilitating the development of biofeedback art content and technology. By organizing artist in residencies and lecture events we grow the biofeedback art culture...
