Fredrik joined NMS in 2009, after several years as an officer on Ro-Ro vessel and high speed passenger vessels. He has a bachelor degree in Maritime studies, and also postgraduate training from Lloyds Maritime Academy.

Iryna joined NMS in 2019. She has wide experience within shipping, specialized in marine insurance and claims. Iryna has LLM in Maritime Law degree from Oslo University (Norway) and has previously studied in UK, Poland and Ukraine. She has strengthened her competence with a variety of courses and trainings. Beside work, Iryna is a Head of Internal Affairs in YounShip Oslo - organisation for young professionals in the maritime industry. In addition to Norwegian and English, Iryna is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian and Polish.

Janis joined NMS in 2016 after a career at sea as an officer on offshore platform supply vessels. He has completed several postgraduate training programs within insurance, marine warranty, offshore, energy and other technical fields of the marine industry.
