Mr. Lakhamsy Sakhla qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2008 and holds Bachelor's degree in commerce (comp), PGDIT (Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology) and ADCA (Advance Diploma in Computer Applications). He has more than 11 years of experience. Started his career with Goldman Sachs Bangalore a leading investment banking company as FSA (Financial Systems Administrator). In the year 2013 he started practicing and being providing services to clients from manufacturing, service, trading sectors. He has been providing services in the following areas.
Mr. Manish is a Chartered Accountant and a Lawyer with over 18 years of experience in advising various multinational & Indian clients on taxation and related advisory matters. He specializes in Transfer Pricing, Corporate Taxation, International Taxation and GST and throughout his career spanning 19 years has been associated with Big 4 firms Deloitte, PwC and KPMG. He has served as a Partner in KPMG for over 3 years.
Manish has handled clients in the Technology space involving Information Technology, Information Technology enabled Services, Knowledge Process Outsourcing, Engineering Design and has also been extensively involved in the real estate/infrastructure, pharma, manufacturing, trading and automotive industry.
His experience involves handling Advance Pricing Agreement (APA), Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP's), direct tax and GST advisory services, litigation services for various MNC clients which brings in the expertise to understand the complications involved across various Industries.
He is a Senior Advisor with SCB & Associates.

Mr. Sandip Chhajed has post qualification professional experience of more than a decade in Finance & Accounts, Direct & Indirect taxation with specialization in Corporate accounting, Corporate Outsourcing and managing the startup Finance Functioning.
He has started his career as a partner in Mahadevan & Co, Chartered Accountants and has got good exposure of industry working as GM Finance in Kesoram Industries Limited. His experience also includes working with Reliance Communications Limited.
Over years, Sandip has worked extensively in different roles mainly into corporate Finance and accounts, Payroll, Management information system, Internal control, management reporting. He mainly deals into Audit, Accounting, Payroll and management reporting, Internal audit functioning for various client of the firm.
Mr. Nikhil Jain has working experience of more than 5 years and has helped many clients in streamlining their books. His professional work includes Corporate Accounting, Tax Audits, Accounting and Audit of Non-Profit organization such as Educational Institutions, Trust and Society Accounts, etc. He has got diversified exposure in the field of Accounting and Finance, handling accounting of MNC Companies, Firm and other small size business. He has experience in the area of Direct Taxation and has experience in Tax planning for Individuals, Firms from trading and Service sectors. He also has expertise in statutory compliance of TDS, PF, ESI and GST.
