Participated in the study of restructuring hospital management systems in Turkey and development and implementation of pilot Hospital Management Restructuring Programs. Provided technical assistance for the hospital decentralization program of Ministry of Health as a part of health reform program, specifically, preparation of draft laws and regulations, coordinate planning and implementation of hospital program. Coordinated and provided technical assistance for the Hospital Management Information Systems program to be carried out by the Hospital Information Systems team. Prepared service delivery contracts between the hospitals and health enterprises with provincial health directorates convenient to the Turkish Law. Developed a Remuneration Scale and Performance Appraisal System that will be used as a base for service contracts of the employees of Health Enterprises.
