CKLA is a non-profit organization with the goal of improving the landlord's experience through networking, education and information sharing... In 2006 several landlords with properties in Anderson, Franklin, Mercer, Woodford, and Scott counties met and discovered they faced common challenges. They found they could accomplish more for themselves and their tenants, as well as their communities, by working together.
