Barbara Mazurowski

Ms. Mazurowski has 28 years of experience in the nuclear industry holding leadership positions on high-profile government projects in the UK and the US. As a manager of the US Department of Energy, Rocky Flats Field Office, she supervised the $4B Rocky Flats closure project by directing a federal workforce of 200 employees and a contractor workforce of 4,500 employees. She was also the program director of the DOE West Valley Demonstration Project leading a 26-person staff and supervising a workforce of 1,000. Ms. Mazurowski has also served as a project manager on a number of other DOE projects. Her UK work includes program management to establish, relicense, and reauthorize an independent company for the Invitation-to-Tender of the Low-Level Waste Repository at Drigg, Cumbria, UK. She also developed strategic plans for the £40B clean-up program at Sellafield, Cumbria, UK.

Dave Irvin

Over thirty years' experience with radioactive/hazardous waste management and nuclear facility operations. Senior management experience includes the operations of NRC, DOE HAZCAT II and HAZCAT III nuclear facilities. Extensive experience with startup of nuclear and nuclear-related facilities and operations, both commercial and federal. Experience managing a staff/union operational workforce up to 125 employees and over $300 million worth of facilities and equipment.

Doug Gail

Job Titles:

Mr. Gail has more than 30 years of experience in environmental management, oil & gas exploration, and construction management. He was a principal in a small business Department of Energy (DOE) contractor from 1996 to 2014 and was a key contributor in developing business that increased revenue from $5M to well over $100M annually. In addition, he is a principal in a family-owned construction company and is responsible for increasing revenue from less than $1M to $5M annually. He was also key personnel on the DOE Legacy Management Contract and Deputy Program Manager on the DOE Los Alamos Legacy Cleanup Contract. Earlier in his career he was a project manager for private sector companies where he led multiple nationwide environmental cleanup and construction projects; and, was a well-site exploration geologist in North Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, and off-shore Gulf of Mexico.

Eric A. J. Olson

Mr. Olson has more than 45 years of nuclear power plant experience in the areas of decontamination and decommissioning, waste management and disposal, operations, maintenance, licensing, safety, risk assessment applications, and risk-informed operations and licensing. He has directed, managed, and conducted numerous assignments for both the public and private sectors regarding energy policy issues and compliance audits. He has also published numerous reports for EPRI and other industry organizations regarding nuclear unit performance, operations, and various waste management issues.

Jennifer Crittenden

Ms. Crittenden has a BS in Geology and 30 years of experience in the environmental cleanup industry. She is regarded as an expert proposal writer/manager and has been instrumental in capturing large prime contract opportunities within in the Department of Energy market. Earlier in her career, she led environmental characterization efforts at numerous government and private sector sites that were impacted by heavy metals, organic and radiological contaminants.

Megan Baumeister

Megan is the founder of Tilt/Shift Brands, a branding and communications agency in Northwest Wyoming. In her career, Megan has developed communications plans and comprehensive brand strategies for companies within the medical industry, the outdoor industry, and the retail industry. Megan's services have also been contracted out by various government, private and publicly held entities. Her primary focus lies in branding, marketing and advertising, and has helped new and existing brands exceed their utmost potential.

Paul Roberts

Mr. Roberts has over 35 years of experience in supervision, engineering, and operations. His primary focus has been in oil & gas industry where he as provided supervision of drilling and completion operations at over 50 well-site locations onshore (Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, Texas, Utah, Nebraska, Alaska, California, Colorado, Oklahoma) and offshore (Gulf of Mexico, California, Alaska, Persian Gulf, Novia Scotia, Australia). He was also responsible for the startup of a new operating district for major oil & gas service company in Perth, Australia and was a principal in a manufacturing company that he founded and operated.

Steve Clegg

Mr. Clegg's career spans over 30 years in varied aspects of industrial safety for both the government and private sector. During his career he worked for Department of Energy (DOE) contractors, oil and gas operators and Wyoming OSHA. In the DOE, he was responsible for safety aspects related to reactor demolition, remediation of contaminated soil, and disposal of drummed waste. He was also responsible for other behavior-based safety program areas such as work permits, compliance audits, and accident investigations. Early in his career, Mr. Clegg was a Compliance Officer for Wyoming OSHA where he conducted over 150 OSHA inspections - including 23 fatality investigations. He has a BA in Industrial Safety, is a Certified Safety Professional (retired) and is a recognized expert witness on legal cases involving fatalities, burns, and other industrial injuries.
