Throughout her career Diana has held various sales, service, operations and sales enablement leadership positions. This unique mix of roles and global experience led her into opportunities where she has led & transformed National Inside Sales organizations, Global Demand Planning Processes, ERP Transformations, & Global Sales Effectiveness teams. She has envisioned and led sales initiatives and transformations for fortune 200 companies with over 2400 global sales professionals, across multiple channels positively impacting win rates, increased revenue, client retention and elevated customer and partner relationships. Diana's vast commercial knowledge and experience, allows her the keen ability to develop a global approach, across sales and supporting organizations with consideration to the cultural and business nuances unique to a region. Diana is also Six Sigma Black Belt trained and consults on a number of sales-related issues.
