Laura DiFrancesco, Esq. has been practicing corporate law for eight years. She specializes in commercial transactions, corporate governance, real estate, finance, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, contracts of any kind, and general legal counsel. Laura works closely with her clients to maintain a high level of open and honest communication throughout the representation. Laura's work as a trusted advisor is designed to research, explore and consider all options and alternatives to create custom solutions for each client. She cultivates a legal experience where her clients understand all of the terms and conditions of their legal matter and feel comfortable asking any questions. While she takes her work very serious, she also maintains an approachable and personable relationship with her clients as she hopes to be a resource for them throughout their business journey. Through Dean Street Law, Laura DiFrancesco, Esq. has negotiated hundreds of multimillion and multibillion dollar transactions for luxury brands and Fortune 500 companies. Having multiple businesses of her own, Laura is uniquely positioned to understand the needs of a business and is well known for her creative approach to finding solutions that suit all parties and represent her clients well. Prior to starting Dean Street Law, Laura worked in big law for six years, accumulating a number of awards and distinctions in her field. Laura received her B.A. from the University of South Carolina, tripling majoring in 3 years and her JD/MBA from Villanova University School of Law in 3 years.
