DevNW is a nonprofit that was created in 2019 when Neighborhood Economic Development Corporation (NEDCO) and Willamette Neighborhood Housing Services (WNHS) united to expand their impact, bring people together, and better help our communities thrive in the long term. Together, our two organizations have 60 years of experience. We help people find and make homes, start small businesses, revitalize neighborhoods, and achieve their goals - whatever shapes those goals may take... We provide practical and goal-oriented support to individuals, families, and communities across the Northwest. Our work is hands-on. We have a personal stake in developing thriving communities because they're our communities. We live here. It really matters to us.
