DevNW is a nonprofit that was created in 2019 when Neighborhood Economic Development Corporation (NEDCO) and Willamette Neighborhood Housing Services (WNHS) united to expand their impact, bring people together, and better help our communities thrive in the long term. Together, our two organizations have 60 years of experience. We help people find and make homes, start small businesses, revitalize neighborhoods, and achieve their goals - whatever shapes those goals may take... In light of recent events and the state's recommendations to contain the spread of COVID-19, DevNW offices will be closed to the public until further notice. We continue to operate and are available to our clients and partners remotely via email, and tele/video conferencing... We believe that it's important to foster connections between people and appreciate their diversity to fortify our communities and, ultimately, thrive - together.
