Kenneth Crawford

Kenneth grew up in Dunwoody, Georgia, and attended Crestwood High School. He then went to Texas A&M University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from a double major in Genetics & Biochemistry. He then attended the University of Georgia School of Law and obtained his J.D. law degree. Following his graduation from law school in 1997, Kenneth joined the law firm of Tisinger Vance, P.C., as an associate attorney. Kenneth rapidly became a partner at Tisinger Vance and worked there for 16 years. At Tisinger Vance, P.C., Kenneth started out in insurance defense, representing State Farm and Georgia Farm Bureau insureds for five years. Not only did this give Kenneth valuable experience handling depositions, jury trials, and appeals, but also it gave him insight into the inner workings of how insurance companies operate. As Kenneth's experience grew, he also moved into medical malpractice defense for several West Georgia hospitals and physicians. This practice gave Kenneth experience in handling complex technical litigation such as medical malpractice. Additionally, around the time Kenneth became partner, he also served as defense counsel for the entire state of Georgia for an international corporation facing heavy liability exposure due to asbestos products liability. This experience gave Kenneth insight into handling products liability and a different type of large, complex litigation. Beginning in 2005, Kenneth left defense practice to focus on representing individuals in car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, products liability, medical malpractice and wrongful death cases. In March of 2014, Kenneth joined the firm of Hartley, Rowe & Fowler, P.C. as a partner to focus exclusively on personal injury cases representing injured individuals against insurance companies. Insurance companies make money by paying out the least amount of money they can on a claim. Even on a small claim, if they can shave off even a few thousand dollars off of the fair value of a claim, then on a nationwide basis they are making millions of dollars off injured individuals. Kenneth will fight the insurance companies for you to get a fair amount of compensation for your personal injuries. Kenneth has extensive experience in all phases of personal injury litigation. From making the initial demand to the insurance company to mediations or arbitrations to jury trials in Federal or State courts, and to handling appeals in Federal or Georgia appellate courts, Kenneth has extensive experience and will get you the result you deserve. Kenneth has already recovered tens of millions of dollars in cash and structures settlements for injured individuals in Georgia. Call for a free consultation. Kenneth takes personal injury cases on a contingent fee basis, meaning there is no fee unless you get a recovery. Practice Areas Personal Injury
