After years working within the Banking and Motor Trade Finance industry, Gavin was ready for a new challenge and looking for a change. Attracted by Shehan's ambition (and good looks) for Elephant in the early days, he jumped on the opportunity and hasn't looked back since.
Joining us at the end of 2021, Ned has been in charge of every to do with the marketing at Elephant Advisory.

Joining Elephant excited Oz because it meant he could expand his offering and provide a more holistic service for clients, that covered all bases of building wealth.
Oz loves being able to establish long lasting relationships with his clients and believes that it's the best way to get them the results they're after.
A CPA member and Xero wiz, when he isn't working on his latest ‘paint by numbers' masterpiece, he is hitting the gym, riding his bike or fishing. If he could, he'd be doing all three at once.

A man who's never met an equation he couldn't solve, Director Sam is Elephant's Head of Accounting.
As passionate about people as he is about numbers, Sam loves establishing long-term relationships with his clients and providing a holistic service that can help them achieve their business and personal goals.
We don't call him the human calculator for nothing, Sam is a CPA member and Xero wiz who is driven by problem solving. He loves the challenge that comes with the ever-changing nature of the tax and accounting industry.
When he's not working, Sammy loves playing golf and spending time with his family. He is still yet to test the theory that these two activities can be combined.

After years of suiting up, day in, day out Shehan decided that if he was going to live his best life, he was going to do it in trackie-dacks, and so Elephant was born.
In the early stages of Shehan's career, his biggest challenge (besides having unpopular opinions on elasticated waistbands) was having a million and one ideas and good intentions about buying property, budgeting, starting a business and growing his finances but not enough time to hone in on the planning and start acting on his intentions.
Life didn't slow down or get any less busy, but with lots of hard work and too many all-nighters, he began ticking things off the list..but he knew that there had to be a better way.
Shehan started Elephant Advisory to connect fast-paced, career-focused professionals with the proactive, forward thinking financial advice and services they need to make great life decisions.
