EngageWell IPA was created by New York City not-for-profit organizations working together to offer coordinated, integrated treatment options that include addressing social determinants of health-housing, nutrition, economic security... EngageWell IPA advocates for and promotes access to life-saving, community-based services provided by a network of agencies across New York City. Our service approach increases engagement and retention in care, improves health outcomes, and advances the dignity and well-being of marginalized populations... EngageWell's service network empowers and enables individuals to live healthier lives and stay out of the hospital; secure and maintain housing; and avoid preventable behavioral health crises.
