EMPOWERING MINDS

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) therapist in Washington State. I grew up in Henderson, Nevada, where I received my Bachelor's of Human Services Counseling and Master's of Social Work degree at University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). I was involved in the mental and behavioral health community working with various populations to reduce mental health stigma and empower self-compassion. I moved to Washington State in 2015 to continue my passion of improving the mental and behavioral health field. I received my Doctor of Social Work (DSW) degree from Walden University where my thesis was focused on self-care using self-compassion theory. I want to use this passion in helping others through therapy services... Teletherapy to empower self-healing through self-care for anyone who needs help with behavioral and mental health through holistic therapeutic approaches.
