Brad joined FET in 2021 as the company's Chief Technology Officer. Brad has over 20 years of experience as a software engineer specializing in design, development, integration and testing. He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh as well as another Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Slippery Rock University. Brad brings a unique combination of strong technical skills along with a high degree of patience, reliability and problem-solving skills to FET. Throughout his 20+ year career as a software engineer, Brad has never shied away from tackling new challenges and has constantly strived to learn new technologies to ensure he is able to deliver sound solutions.

Falguni is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Falcon Edge Technologies. She founded Falcon Edge in 2019 with a vision to go above and beyond and offer the best possible solutions to every client. She has over 20 years of industry experience in various technical leadership positions as well as software engineering positions for both frontend and backend development encompassing the entire software development lifecycle. Falguni holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland at College Park and a Master of Science in Computer Systems Management from University of Maryland, Global Campus. Upon graduating from UMCP, Falguni was selected into the Engineering Leadership Development Program at Lockheed Martin. This position allowed her to not only earn her Master of Science degree but also afforded her the opportunity to rotate through a diverse range of positions spanning software development, integration testing and technical leadership. She continued her career at Northrop Grumman and has since brought her technical management and people skills to various small companies until she founded Falcon Edge. Falguni has a proven track record for understanding customer requirements, leading development teams, and going above and beyond to deliver solutions.

Jeby is the Chief Operating Officer of Falcon Edge Technologies. He has been with the company from the very beginning, joining FET in 2019 within a week of it being established. Mr. Roy has over 15 years of experience encompassing systems engineering and project management, providing great value through strong leadership and communication skills along with the ability to understand customer requirements and drive technical decisions to develop viable products. He has a proven ability to motivate and lead teams with strong organizational skills. Jeby has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). He also holds an active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
