Glen Haubold has delivered consulting services through GHaubold Consulting and FM Excel, a partnership with another APPA Award for Excellence winner, Dave Riker.
In addition, Glen Haubold has served as an expert witness in two lawsuits related to the responsibilities of a facilities manager. GHaubold Consulting edits reports for APPA Advisors and led the review team for an assessment at Hononegah Community High School District.
Mr. Haubold conducted a review of the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth grounds department in compliance with the Massachusetts Pacheco law and partnered with Casagrande Consulting on a Facilities Assessment for Montana State University.
Glen Haubold was the associate vice president for Facilities and Services at New Mexico State University (NMSU) from 2008 to 2019, leading 325 employees in departments that serve the NMSU System: Project Development and Engineering, Facility Operations, Business Administration, University Architect and Space Management, Environmental Health Safety and Risk Management, and the NMSU Fire Department.
