Goldberg is a graduate of Sir Antony Browne's School, Brentwood, Essex, England, and holds an Executive MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland.

Quill brings more than 25 years of experience as a marketing and communications professional in the government and not-for-profit sectors. She also brings a working knowledge in the fields of mental health and development disabilities. Her skills include project research and development, employee, consumer, volunteer and community relations.
Quill earned a Master of Science degree in the Executive Program in Communications Management from Syracuse University's Newhouse School of Public Communications. She is a cum laude graduate of Kent State University's School of Journalism and Mass Communication, with a major in public relations and a minor in business management; and also holds a Certificate in Volunteer Administration from the United Way Services, Cleveland, Regional Training Center.
An accredited member of the Public Relations Society of America, she is also a member of PRSA's Independent Practitioners Alliance and the Greater Cleveland Chapter of PRSA. She is a member of the Society of Professional Journalists, the Press Club of Cleveland, the West Shore Chamber of Commerce and Westside Advanced Toastmasters. She is a past-president and emerita director of the Forum for Volunteer Administrators.
Quill represents Goldberg, Quill & Associates on the Mental Health & Addiction Advocacy Coalition and is a member of MHAC's NE Ohio Hub Policy and Advocacy Committee. Her 2006 graduate capstone-research project, "Breaking the Stigma of Mental Illness: Using Public Relations as a Catalyst Toward Success," won a Cleveland Rocks Gold Award in Research from the Greater Cleveland Chapter, Public Relations Society of America.
