Great Lakes Piano Service is a premier, full-service piano service business run by owner Mark Peters of Interlochen, MI. The business is partially made up of faithful clients from what was formerly known as Cox's Piano Service, run by Jim Cox. After apprenticing and rebuilding pianos with Jim for 3 years, Mark purchased the business from him in January of 2018. Mark is currently taking exams to complete the Registered Piano Technician (RPT) certification with the Piano Tuners' Guild... We are Northern Michigan's premier piano tuning and rebuilding service, now offering player piano rebuilding and restoration services. We'll gladly make appointments to accommodate your busy schedule. We are a local family owned and operated business, fully insured, that offers discounts to churches and schools.
