The Hammock Bath Company reserves the right to decide the appropriate action. The warranty for fading is void if the Hammock bathtub is installed outside, the cracking warranty still applies. If a Hammock Bathtub needs replacement then only the Bath will be provided and the customer will be required remove the existing bath and replace it with their own labour.
