Founder, Rich Blood, developed a passion for gardening in his teens where he moderated online gardening forums under the "Guru" alias. He even found himself teaching gardening members that were clearly his senior.
That "Guru" alias has been carried with Rich into adulthood as mowing, planting, pruning, and creating pieces of landscaping art provides peace of mind for him. It was time to bring the zen that Rich experienced to other people as Guru Gardens.
