Holistra (hole-is-tra), which combines the words "holistic" and "strategies", began out of a zealous passion to see people live from a place of freedom. It was founded by Olivia Woodring with the belief that each person can find empowerment through employing holistic strategies that bring about life breakthroughs... The wholeness of the individual involves multiple pathways and takes on different forms as we grow. Because of that, we combine holistic health coaching with mental health counseling to bring about breakthroughs in your life fulfillment.
