In 2003, 3 great friends opened Ilios Noche in south Charlotte. This concept was to be a fast-casual Greek restaurant that also offered adult beverages and fresh-baked items. That concept soon changed with the area's needs and became what it is today. Now with ICG we are giving the Greek fast-casual concept a second chance.
