Katie entered the business world in a sponsorship and marketing role with Equestrian Sport Productions based at The Colorado Horse Park. During her time there, she worked closely with Kim. After graduating with a Business Marketing & Management degree, she jumped head-first into the marketing world at a top-notch agency, based in Fort Collins, Colorado, serving a wide breadth of clientele. Her expertise includes formulating and implementing business strategies, conversion-focused web development, search engine optimization and analytics-based online advertising. Following her years at the agency, she got the opportunity to help start a technology company rooted in the entertainment and fundraising sectors.
Katie is thrilled to be joining the KTB Creative team and excited to bring new services to the equestrians and small businesses that Kim is already helping flourish!

Beaudoin graduated from Cazenovia College with Bachelor of professional studies in Business Management with a specialization in Equine Business Management. She has gained experience in her field working for some of the top equestrian media and horse show companies in the industry including: Jennifer Wood Media LLC., Equestrian Sport Productions (including the Adequan® Global Dressage Festival, the Winter Equestrian Festival, the International Polo Club, Gladiator Polo, Tryon International Equestrian Center, and The Colorado Horse Park, as well as at the FEI World Equestrian Games™ Tryon 2018, and the Rolex Central Park Horse Show), and International Equestrian Sport and Lifestyle Photographer Ashley Neuhof.
In 2018, Beaudoin founded KTB Creative Group to pursue her passion of helping equestrians and small businesses get their stories out to the world.

Mary grew up riding and working with horses in Maryland. She earned a bachelor's degree in Animal Science at the University of Kentucky and then worked as a farm manager for several years before pursuing a career in marketing. Mary recently adopted her first horse, Maestro, who she hopes to compete in lower-level eventing. She currently resides in Kentucky, with her husband and their two rescues: an orange shorthair named Cat and a jack russell mix, Wubbi. Mary has been interning with KTB Creative Group since January 2021.
Taylor has been an equine enthusiast since before she could walk. She received a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Management with a specialization in Equine Business Management from Cazenovia College, which was where she met Kim. She then went on to pursue a Master's of Science in Education from SUNY Oswego and has spent the last 5 years in education. Teaching both agricultural and equine content, Taylor has experience at the secondary and post-secondary levels. Taylor also owns a small horse boarding facility in Cazenovia, NY, where she lives with her husband, horses, and dogs.
Taylor is excited to be joining KTB Creative Group and to work alongside the amazing team!
