Connie joined Legacy Tax Services in 2015 and is responsible for the day-to-day operations. With her friendly southern attitude, Connie thrives on assisting Legacy Tax Services clients. She provides stellar customer service with a hands-on approach.
Connie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from South Eastern Oklahoma State University. She spent many years working in banking and has an extensive background in accounting, banking, and customer service, including over ten years' QuickBooks experience.

Connie and her husband, Robert, live in Bedford, TX. They share their home with their loving dog Choco. When not at work, Connie enjoys spending time with her family, including the grandchildren, cooking, or watching a good movie!
Ilknur Dzemail Grubbs began her accounting career with ABC Tax & Bookkeeping in 2005. She worked as a part-time intern with the owner Richard Weaver, CPA, for 5 years while pursuing her accounting degree at The University of Texas at Arlington. Richard had spoken to Ilknur about taking over the practice when he was ready to retire. In 2010, her mentor and boss, Richard passed away. As a recent graduate and still mourning the loss of her mentor, she found herself an owner of an accounting firm.
She spent the year of 2010 getting her license in order to became an Enrolled Agent to practice tax at the full extent of the law. In 2019, she made a significant change to her business model - focusing on providing tax planning strategies with high ROI's to her clients. Ilknur was born in Ohrid, Macedonia and was raised in the DFW metroplex. She grew up in a busy household filled with her parents, beloved grandmother, brother, and sister. She is very family-focused and loves being able to apply everything she has learned as an accountant to help enrich her family's lives.
When Ilknur is not at work, you can find her spending time with her husband, Jonathan Grubbs, and their little boys, Ender and Zek. Her idea of a vacation is a long summer traveling the world. She also loves the Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Stars. GO MAVS!
Ilknur D Grubbs founded Legacy Tax Services in honor of Richard Parks Weaver Jr. When Richard passed in 2010, he handed down his company, ABC Tax & Bookkeeping, to Ilknur. Because he had been not only her employer, but her long-time mentor, she wanted to continue his legacy. His passion for helping individuals was reflected in many ways, from serving in the Strategic Air Command, in the US Air Force, and to helping his clients financially as a CPA.
