President of Milestep Business Consulting, Heiko's brings more than 25 years industrial experience to LTG. He is a classically trained / certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Originally from Motorola's expansive Six Sigma training ground, he cut his teeth as a Supplier Quality Engineer in the Berlin, Germany area. For the past five-years, Milestep Business Consulting, under Heiko's leadership has been delivering certified TÜV training, coaching, and interim management to growing businesses across Europe.

Scott founded Lean Tactics Global because of a passion for improvement, and the knowledge that good people make a difference in every part of the world. He drives the LTG's strategic vision, manages customer relations, and is our Head Lean Coach. As a Subject Matter Expert with more than 30 years experience in Lean Manufacturing, Lean Office, Six Sigma, and Kaizen, he leads the LTG Client Assessment and Deployment Planning process. Scott has partnered with several organizations, including: General Electric, Alcoa, Proctor & Gamble, and NASA.
Contimprov is a boutique consultancy specializing in helping small to medium size company's become high performance global businesses. Founder Teck Loon, Lee is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Trainer. He has trained Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belts and Green Belts in four languages.
