Brooke Smith

Brooke Smith is the Firm Administrator for Litchford, Pearce & Associates, PLLC. With 19 years' experience as a paralegal, Brooke manages the law firm's day to day operations while providing legal support to its attorneys as needed. Although she currently resides in Chattanooga, Brooke was born and raised in North Georgia where her love of music was cultivated. At the age of four, she began taking piano lessons, later learning to play the flute and saxophone. She attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where she studied flute performance not thinking that she would ever have a "desk job." However, several years later she found herself working at a law firm and fell in love with the law. Working in the legal field has afforded Brooke opportunities to fulfill her passion for helping people. Whether it is successfully submitting paperwork to assist a client seeking 501(c)3 status, or serving on the board of local nonprofit organizations, Brooke thrives on helping others succeed. During her personal time, Brooke teaches flute lessons, is an active volunteer in her role as Executive Director with The Advocacy Center and also performs with Flute Night Out, a local flute choir that promotes a lifetime enjoyment of music. Christopher M. Gant

A native of Rossville, Georgia, Chris is a graduate of The McCallie School in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and the University of Georgia, where he received undergraduate degrees in History and Political Science. After working on a congressional campaign as political director, Chris attended the University of Georgia School of Law and received his J.D. degree. While at UGA Law, Chris was a member of the Mock Trial Board, President of the Student Bar Association and President of The Federalist Society. Chris worked for several law firms in Atlanta after law school and founded his own law practice in 2019 in Atlanta prior to joining Litchford, Pearce & Associates, PLLC. Chris is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Chattanooga Bar Association and Atlanta Lawyer's Club. Chris and his wife Ali reside in Chattanooga with their three sons. Chris is a lifelong Chattanooga Lookouts fan and enjoys cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs and the Atlanta Braves. J. Michael Holloway

Michael focuses his practice on representing clients in commercial litigation and business transactions. Michael also assists clients in estate planning and probate cases. As those who know him will attest, Michael cares about people and the difficult situations they face, taking the time to genuinely listen to his clients' concerns and desires in order to provide quality and effective advocacy. Michael, a Chattanooga native, graduated from Boyd Buchanan School and thereafter received a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. During college, Michael served as a Cavalry Scout with Det. 1-HHT 2/278th Armored Cavalry Regiment of the Tennessee Army National Guard. After serving in the United States Army, Lee obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of West Georgia and his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he met his wife who is also a practicing attorney. Mark Litchford and Richard Pearce have known each other since about the age of five, playing together in the streets of East Brainerd (Concord Road) in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
