Celina is an organisational consultant and coach with over 20 years' experience.
She works with international organisations undergoing change, often supporting leaders and teams in times of crisis. Her clients include Lufthansa, Thyssenkrupp, Greenpeace and many middle-sized global companies.
Celina has a Masters in Leadership and Consultancy (Psychodynamic and Systemic Approaches) from the Tavistock and Portman in London, a PhD in Pedagogical Psychoanalysis from Kassel University, and a double degree in Psychology and Romantic studies from Goethe University, Frankfurt.
Based in Frankfurt, Celina speaks German, English, Spanish and French.

James helps leaders and teams become more effective in their roles and take their performance to the next level. This is born from his broad experience in organisational development and aligning people, structures and strategy in changing environments.
His clients include Oxford University Press, (and at consultancy Q5) British Gas, Aggreko and BT.
James has a Masters in Leadership and Consultancy (Psychodynamic and Systemic Approaches) from the Tavistock and Portman in London. Before moving into consultancy, he held executive and leadership roles in FTSE 100 companies, private equity-backed enterprises, and the British Army.

Maria is a business transformation and change leadership consultant, with over 20 years' experience. She brings a pragmatic approach to organisational change, managing hard and soft aspects for sustainable short and long-term results.
Maria has held interim or consultant roles in organisations including OUP, BT, Dyson, Harrods, Liberty, as well as a full-time position at Diageo. Before that, she worked in corporate finance at the Bank of England.
She has an MA in Finance from London Business School and a Degree Cum Laude in Business and Management from Catolina Lisbon School of Business & Management.
Based in London, Maria speaks English, Portuguese and French.
