James has accumulated knowledge and experience in the financial sector via many venues. James has a B.A. in Economics from Miami University and worked previously in both anti-money laundering/anti-fraud and banking before he came to Pathway. Currently both insurance licensed (Ohio Life, Accident, Health) and having just passed the Security Industry Essentials exam, James has his sights set on becoming a full service financial professional.
James lives in North Royalton and is engaged to Mariah, a teacher in the North Royalton school district.
Lisa is the Office Manager and manages the day to day operations for Pathway Financial Advisors. Lisa holds a B.A. in Social Work and Psychology from Valparaiso University and resides with Paul and their two children in North Royalton. Lisa is deeply involved in several community organizations in North Royalton, serving on the board of the North Royalton Swim Team, the Oakridge Community Swim Team and volunteering at Royal Redeemer Lutheran Church. When not at the office, Lisa enjoys time outside and long walks with her yellow lab.

Paul believes in the value of independent financial advice and investment management that places the interests of his clients and their families first. Paul began serving clients as a financial advisor in 1997 and holds an Economics degree from Valparaiso University and a law degree from Cleveland State University. The focus of Paul's practice is retirement planning, fee based investment advice; trust, estate and tax planning. Paul is a licensed attorney in the state of Ohio, with his practice limited to estate planning, trust, tax and probate.
Paul and his wife Lisa have two children, James and Anna and reside in North Royalton. Outside of the office Paul enjoys competitive cycling, traveling to races throughout the Midwest. Paul is an active member of Royal Redeemer Lutheran Church in North Royalton and sits on the Board of Fast Track Cycling, a non profit that operates the Cleveland Velodrome.
