Our mission is to provide caring, competent and effective rehabilitation services to physicians and other health care professionals who have been affected by substance use disorders or other mental health issues. We understand the pressures placed on health care professionals in California. They are constantly under pressure to perform efficiently while making decisions that will affect the health and well-being of their patients. There is no room for error. However, they are also human and can themselves be affected by stress, addictions, mental illness, and other behavioral issues. Those issues can directly or indirectly impact the patients they care for.
