PHANTOMS

The club started with only a small handful of players, and we are constantly growing our squad every season. We are proud to provide a fully inclusive experience for those new or experienced to the game, with able bodied players playing alongside disabled athletes as equals... We have helped to develop players, and over the years Phantoms men and women players have represented Great Britain at World Championships and the Winter Paralympica ... The Peterborough Phantoms Para Ice Hockey Club was formed in 2011, after a major push by Planet Ice and the British Sledge Hockey Association, to breathe new life into the game within the UK. As a sport, it had been around since the early 1980's, with GB attending the Winter Paralympic Games in 1994 when the sport made it's international debut.
