David Meece is a founding member of Pearl Street, and he serves as its principal operations officer. While practicing law in the late 1990's, David foresaw a future shift in the dental/medical industry and formed a dental group to be a frontrunner in that evolution.

Dr. Robby Jennings joined Pearl Street in its infancy and became partner in early 2000. He serves as the clinical director for all practices. Raised in Texas, Dr. Jennings attended West Texas State University where he majored in Biology and Chemistry, and went on to Baylor College of Dentistry where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1997. Dr. Jennings has spent the last 20 years building the Pearl Street family of practices, while running his primary office in Tyler, TX. He finds his passion in helping dentists expand their ability and achieve their personal and professional goals. Dr Jennings resides with his wife Terri and dog, Hank. His older daughter, Hanna, is a senior at the University of Texas in Austin. His younger daughter Hadyn is a freshmen at the University of Oklahoma in Norman When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Jennings can be found spending time with family, attending sporting events or serving as commissioner of the Pearl Street Doctor Fantasy Football League.
