Joshua Jones (PHD) has served as a headmaster and principle of a high school, and on the board of several education organizations.

Kierin Williams

Job Titles:

Kierin is an educator for children and parents whose work is focused on providing families with the education and skills needed to increase positive parent-child interaction. With a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Kierin has held a licensure in Elementary Education for grades preK- eighth grade for fifteen years. She uses Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) that stem from her training as an elementary math and reading interventionist teacher. After eight years of elementary teaching with extensive work in IEPs, Kierin transitioned to early childhood development. For the past seven years, she has conducted developmental screenings (ASQ, HELP, IDA, MCHAT) for children at birth up to five years old. Along with assessing developmental delays and age-appropriate milestones, her two years of home visiting experience, and in-the-moment coaching model offer a comprehensive multidimensional approach to families. Kierin uses direct observation and evidence-based techniques to inform, coach, model and support children's development, and the circles of support within the family structure. Her immersive exposure in family court systems and DCF has helped her support families' well-being during crises. Above all, Kierin strives to empower the parent's role to achieve goals and create a healthy relationship with their children. Kierin has supported children and youth with learning and life skills for almost twenty years. She helps families build secure attachments, effective routines and regulation skills to create healthy family dynamics.

Meghan Laskowski

Every so often we need support navigating life's transitions and everyday challenges. Meghan works with clients to identify goals while looking at past experiences, behaviors, patterns, and beliefs that may be hindering their growth. She prioritizes working collaboratively with clients in creating a space that is built on trust and safety with an emphasis on humor, candid transparency, and openness. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Prior to her work as a therapist, Meghan provided early childhood behavior intervention to children and families for over four years. With a master's degree in social work, she then began providing clinical treatment to youth, adults and families to address trauma, substance use, attachment, depression, and anxiety. She has also received specialized training in complex trauma and family systems. Regardless of the obstacles at hand, Meghan places significant value on building deep connections while listening to client's experiences without judgment. In sessions with Meghan, clients are met with patience, respect, and understanding. Meghan has a Master's of Social Work from the University of Vermont and is a Rostered Psychotherapist. She specializes in co-occurring disorders in children and youth, and helps adults unpack their own childhood experiences.

Savannah Lord

With a master's degree in social work from Columbia University, Savannah is passionate about advocating for client's rights in systems and institutions of oppression. Her approach focuses on helping clients identify their core needs and fears, addressing them from a place of compassion and curiosity. Her clinical style is best described as patient and gentle, while also to the point and "no BS." She uses a variety of therapeutic modalities including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). Savannah specializes in providing clinical services to young adults navigating substance use, recovery, decarceration, and relationship dynamics. She also has extensive training in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy for obsessive-compulsive disorders. Savannah has devoted her life to listening to the stories, hearts, and minds of others and considers it an honor. In her sessions, clients are safe, respected, and prioritized. Unconditional love and support for all youth. Equipping them to reach the potential they strive for and find fulfillment in their lives. Savannah has a Master's of Social Work from Columbia University and is a dual-licensed Clinical Social Worker and Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She specializes in cooccurring disorders, mainly substance abuse and post traumatic stress.

Tucker Oelsen
