SKERRIES WALKING CLUB

Skerries Walking club was formed in 2017 with a view to providing a Club within the town to cater for people who wanted to walk as an organised activity. The primary objective of the Club is to facilitate and increase the enjoyment of walking and mountaineering activities by members of the Club. Local walks, rambles and hill walks are all part of the Club's activities. The Club currently has around ninety members of varying ages and is open to new members who wish to join. There is a Walks Programme which is developed as the year progresses and provides a variety of walks to suit all types of walker.
