Located in the heart of the South Perry neighborhood, I offer counseling services to individuals and couples looking for support and assistance as they navigate life's challenges and triumphs. I provide an integrative, holistic and existential approach to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and tailor sessions to meet the specific needs of each individual client. Native to the Spokane Area, I earned a Master of Science Degree in Clinical Psychology from Eastern Washington University (2003) and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State. I specialize in maternal mental health, stress management, PTSD and the developmental needs of young adults. I am a member of (or affiliated with) a number of organizations, such as the American Counseling Association, Postpartum Support International and Eastern Washington University.
