Benjamin W. Cilento

Benjamin W. Cilento, MD, is a fellowship-trained facial plastic surgeon and a member of the elite American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He sees patients at Spring Hospital in Spring, Texas. Dr. Cilento earned his medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. He has trained and worked with world-renowned leaders in head and neck and facial plastic surgery throughout his medical career, such as Craig Murakami, Neal Futran, and Sam Most, at the University of Washington in Seattle, where he completed his residency in otolaryngology/head and neck surgery. After his residency and while serving in the Navy, Dr. Cilento was appointed as the Head of the Department of Otolaryngology at the US Naval Hospital in Asia. After two years in Asia, he was selected for a fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at Tulane University in New Orleans. He studied under Dr. Calvin M. Johnson, Jr., who is credited with creating the open structure rhinoplasty procedure. Dr. Cilento served as an assistant professor at the Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia, for the Department of Otolaryngology. There, he was responsible for the education of residents and medical students. He also served as the Director of Research and won multiple awards for research, including the American Heart Association Research Grant for immunologic research on B-Cell hypermutation, the Potsic Ferguson Award for the best presentation of a resident at the Combined Otolaryngology Spring Meetings, and the John Orlando Roe Award from the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery for his work on the aging face. His current research and area of expertise center around the functional and aesthetic aspects of the nose, specifically fixing problems related to nasal breathing and congestion.

Dr. Abraham Chacko

Abraham Chacko, DO, is a dedicated gastroenterologist at Spring Hospital. He aims to provide the highest quality of care while creating lasting relationships with his patients in Spring, Texas. He grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he completed his Bachelor of Science and a minor in Spanish at Villanova University. After college, Dr. Chacko worked in research for a year in the Immunology Department at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Chacko earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in internal medicine from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford, New Jersey. He relocated to Kankakee, Illinois, to complete a fellowship in gastroenterology at Riverside Medical Center. Dr. Chacko's clinical interests include but are not limited to chronic gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and other esophageal disorders, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), diseases of the pancreatic and biliary systems, women's digestive disorders, as well as performing advanced endoscopic procedures such as radiofrequency ablation (RFA) for Barrett's Esophagus and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). Sinc the field of gastroenterology changes daily, Dr. Chacko works hard to stay current with the latest advancements and technology to provide the most innovative care to his patients. He aspires to provide complete and thorough care to his patients while taking the time to listen to their needs. In his free time, Dr. Chacko is a family man and loves to spend time with his beautiful wife and children as much as possible. He is an avid sports fan, especially college basketball and football.

Dr. Anita Fulton

Anita Fulton, MD, is a board-certified OB/GYN with a passion for women's health and wellness. She specializes in obstetrics and gynecology, preventive medicine, and medspa services and sees patients at Spring Hospital in Spring, Texas. After earning her master's degree in medical management from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business in Los Angeles, Dr. Fulton stayed in the area to attend medical school at the David Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Martin Luther King Jr. Outpatient Center (formerly known as the Martin Luther King Jr./Drew Medical Center). Upon moving to Texas, Dr. Fulton became a member of both the Texas Medical Association and the Harris County Medical Society. She has served as the Department Chair for Women and Children's Services and Chief Medical Officer for the Women's Services Division at CHI St. Luke's Health - The Vintage Hospital in Houston, Texas. In 2015, she was voted the top OB/GYN by Houston Magazine. Today, Dr. Fulton offers her patients a wide variety of services. After starting her practice as an OB/GYN, she soon saw that her patients were facing a variety of challenges before becoming pregnant and after giving birth. She expanded her practice to include medspa services so she could offer more comprehensive treatment.

Dr. Anthony Owusu

Dr. Bashir Al Kaddoumi

At Spring Hospital, interventional cardiologist Bashir Al Kaddoumi, MD, offers a full complement of diagnostic testing, treatments, and procedures that range from ultrasonography of the veins and arteries through echocardiography, cardiac stress test to catheterization of the heart and vessels. Dr. Al Kaddoumi graduated from the University of Jordan Medical School and completed his residency in interventional cardiology at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation-GME. Dr. Bonaventure Ngu

Bonaventure Ngu, MD, is an orthopedic spine surgeon committed to helping those who suffer from back pain regain mobility. He serves patients throughout Spring, Texas, at Spring Hospital. After graduating from the University of Maryland, Dr. Ngu pursued his medical degree at the University of Maryland Medical School in Baltimore. Dr. Irfan Wadiwala

After graduating from medical school summa cum laude from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California, Dr. Wadiwala completed general surgical training at Martin Luther King and Arrowhead Regional Medical Center near Los Angeles. He went on to specialize in laparoscopic bariatric surgery and completed his fellowship at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Pennsylvania. Dr. Joseph Baylan

He earned his undergraduate degree from Trinity University in San Antonio and attended medical school at Texas A&M University Health Science Center College of Medicine. He completed his plastic and reconstructive surgery training at the world-renowned Stanford plastic surgery program. After his training at Stanford, Dr. Baylan completed a craniofacial fellowship encompassing both complex adult/pediatric reconstruction and aesthetics at the Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute and Pediatric Plastic Surgery Institute in Dallas, Texas. Through his training, Dr. Baylan gained extensive experience in both reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery. He has worked closely with the leading experts in breast reconstruction, complex microvascular reconstruction, and aesthetic surgery of the face, breast, and body.
