Udayasri Kariyawasam & Company is a firm of chartered accountants established in 1993 by Dr. Udayasri Kariyawasam as a sole proprietorship. The company's client base exceeds 350 and majority of them are corporate clients. The company secretarial and management consultancy arm of the company is U K Consultants (Private) Limited which was incorporated in 1997. The youngest but very important associate company of the family is U K Forensic Accountants. This is the only Forensic Accounting and Fraud Examination practice in Sri Lanka.
