Craig Johnson

Craig Johnson is a graduate of Weber State University, with a degree in Manufacturing Engineering. He was initially introduced to Lean Six Sigma in 2004 and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. After a long 20 year+ career in engineering and manufacturing, Craig purposefully pivoted his career into corporate and workforce education to follow his passion as an educator. He currently serves as the Learning and Development Manager at RYAM and the President/Chief Educator of Utah Lean Six Sigma Training Center. Mr. Johnson is a passionate educator. He prides himself on group facilitation, conflict resolution, root cause analysis and process defining/mapping. Mr. Johnson is known for saying, "It is because of and for my wife and children that I can overcome any obstacle." His dedication as a husband and father drives him in his professional goals.

Green Belts

Green Belts and Black Belts refer to the level of knowledge and skill a Lean Six Sigma professional has obtained. These are standard terms which are recognized in almost any industry. Green Belts are change agents involved in the day-to-day tactical level of any organization. Black Belts are also change agents with greater skill and knowledge that is applied at the higher strategic level of an organization.
