His passion for cars started at age 14 when his mother bought his first car, a 1970 Chevelle Malibu, with a 307 2-speed power glide transmission. Self-taught on tinkering with old vehicles, Russ decided to make a career in automotive work, and owned and operated Allen's Exterior Ehancements -an automotive paint and touchup shop- for a total of 18 years. But not before rocking O'Reilly Auto Parts' paint department. Embracing cars in his work life, he gives all his spare time to his family and the great outdoors.
