Shanxi Huojia Changhua Synthetic Rubber Co.,Ltd is a joint venture company, which was set up in December 2016 and located in the Huojia industrial park, Changzhi City, Shanxi province. The joint venture company produces 40,000 tons of chloroprene rubber and 20,000 tons of chloroprene latex annually.
