Well-established background in undertaking and preparing schedule of condition reports and diagnosing defects in a range of properties.
Guy Young - Managing Director
Guy's experience covers all types of building surveying such as contract administration, drafting specifications, defects diagnosis, building surveys etc. which led him to become a fully qualified Chartered Building Surveyor in 1993. This all-round experience has provided an excellent grounding to progress to the more complex quasi-legal party wall work.
Sue offers a wealth of legal knowledge and is confident with the whole surveying practice. She is super organised, methodical and works to a very high standard. She prides herself on her excellent attention to detail, her ability to prioritise a demanding workload and thrives under pressure. Sue has 29 years of experience in her field as a Legal PA.
