Biography Christina is a graduate of University of Warwick (UK) and a qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA). She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a practicing member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). Prior to joining Fidescorp, Christina has spent 13 years with PwC Cyprus' audit department. During her time with PwC, she was managing a diverse portfolio of audit clients, including large Cyprus Public Interest clients and multinational Groups across numerous Industry sectors, with particular expertise in Retail, Consumer and Agriculture. Christina was in charge of the PwC Audit Methodology Team, ensuring International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) are adhered by PwC Audit staff and delivered a number of audit methodology trainings. Christina is in charge of Fidescorp's Audit and Accounting departments and specialises in International Financial Reporting Standards and International Standards on Auditing, advising both local and international clients.

Biography Costas Antoniou is Fidescorp's CIO. He holds a BSc degree in Elektrotechnik und Informationstechnik and Master in Information and Automation. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE+I), Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), Certified Allied Telesyn System Engineer/Router and Switched (CASE/RSB) and has experience in Datacentre Virtualization & Cloud Application Platform. Costas has over 25 years experience in software engineering, software development, software architecture, software development methodology and practices, intranet, distributed application, and server systems. Apart from native Greek, he speaks English and German

Biography Costas Kareklas is an IT Specialist with 10 years of experience. Before joining Fidescorp, Costas spent 8 years working in the IT department of Consulco starting as an IT Officer and eventually being promoted to IT Manager. He was responsible for the maintenance and configuration of company's headquarters IT infrastructure and remote offices in UK and Dubai. Furthermore, he was responsible for managing and supervising the IT department staff, collaborating with teams and departments for on-going and new projects including the cloud transformation of the firm. Costas as Fidescorp IT Manager is responsible for the reliable operation of firm's IT infrastructure, provides technical support to end users and monitors changes in the technology sector to discover ways the company can improve and develop.

Biography Elena graduated from University of Cyprus and holds a degree in Economics with minor in Accounting. Elena is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA), a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) and a holder of CySEC's Advanced Examination diploma. Prior to joining Fidescorp, Elena worked in the audit department of KPMG Cyprus. During her time with KPMG, Elena was supervising the audit of a large number of local and international companies, covering the consumer and service sectors. Elena currently services clients interested in obtaining licensing under the CySEC and the Central Bank of Cyprus and offers ongoing regulatory compliance support services to such companies. She also acts as a liquidator, administrator, examiner and insolvency practitioner for debt restructurings for a number of individual as well as corporate clients. Elena also acts as the firm's Compliance Officer.

Biography Mr. Christoforos Antoniades is a qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAEW (FCA) trained with KPMG in the UK and is a holder of a BA (Econ) Degree in Econometrics by the University of Manchester. Christoforos has over 32 years of high-level involvement in financial advisory, asset management, investment banking, private equity and consulting fields through participation in various international and local financial institutions as manager, director and shareholder. He is a licensed Investment Professional from CYSEC and has been involved in the creation of new businesses and funds and in their managerial, financial and business affairs. Christoforos has been an active member of the Board of The Cyprus Investment Funds Association (CIFA) since 2014 and is a business advisor to various private and listed companies.

Biography After graduating with a first class honors degree from the University of Manchester (UK), Savvas joined PwC London where he specialised in the service of FCA and SEC regulated companies. Upon his return to Cyprus, Savvas joined the international tax advisory department of PwC in Nicosia, where he specialised in tax optimisation of international transactions and the tax restructuring of international groups. In 2012, Savvas founded Fidescorp for which he actively advises and assists clients on the setup of start-up projects, on corporate finance and restructuring transactions and on international taxation matters. Savvas is also heavily involved in the filed of investment promotion and facilitation, investment migration and entrepreneurship. Savvas has served on the board of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPAC), the regulatory body of the accounting profession in Cyprus, the Advisory Committee of the Investment Migration Council (IMC), the global association for investor immigration and citizenship by investment and the board of several other organisations. Savvas is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a practicing member of ICPAC, an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (CISI), an accredited mediator and a Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA).

Stavri is a graduate of University of Cyprus with a degree in Business Administration and specialization in the field of the Accounting. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). Stavri was an employee of PwC in Cyprus from 2007 to 2021. During the first 9 years of her career path with PwC, she was managing a diverse portfolio of international clients in the Global Compliance Services department, proving a wide range of corporate compliance services. Over the last 5 years, she was managing a large client portfolio of the Accounting Department specializing in the IFRS treatment of financial instruments and portfolio holding companies. She was nominated a Digital Accelerator of the technology automation team and also a Salesforce champion. Since October 2021, Stavri is heading Fidescorp's Corporate and Banking Department. Stavri along with her team are offering corporate compliance, fund administration, immigration, banking and corporate secretarial services to a wide range of Cyprus and international clients.

Biography Vasiliki holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance with a major in Accounting, from the Athens University of Economy(Greece) and is a member the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). Prior to joining Fidescorp, Vasiliki worked for PwC Cyprus for 11 years in the Direct Tax Department, servicing of a large number of clients from various industries as well as individuals. Vasiliki heads Fidescorp's Accounting and Tax department where she is responsible for handling the accounting, payroll, direct and indirect tax matters of clients, both corporates and individuals. Vasiliki also advises clients in relation to tax issues and is frequent communication with the Tax Authorities.
