Abraham graduated from University of Westminster with an Honours degree in Law before completing his Legal Practice Course at the College of Law (now University of Law). Abraham then went on to train at a well-respected law firm in East Dulwich before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2015.
Since qualifying Abraham has been specialising in residential and commercial property conveyancing and has been working for Legal 500 firms (including regional) as well as for small to large high street firms. Abraham joined HW in November 2020 and takes great pride in providing high professional service to his clients and achieving client satisfaction.

Alexandra joined the firm in January 2022 as a Junior Executive with previous experience from a litigation specialist firm and a Higher Education legal team. She completed her LPC and Masters in Law at The University of Law in 2021 with a particular interest in commercial disputes, family law and real estate. Before converting to law, she graduated from the University of Leeds with a BA in International Relations.

Anita joined the firm in November 2023 as a Junior Executive with previous experience in Private client matters, specialising in Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney and Probate. She is currently studying her Masters in Law at The University of Law with the view to becoming a qualified solicitor.
Since starting her legal career Anita has specialised in the drafting of Wills, Lasting Power of Attorneys and the administration of Estates. Anita is passionate in her role and prides herself on her personable approach; and wants to ensure that every client feels supported and well advised in what can sometimes be a challenging time.
Outside of the office Anita is an avid swimmer, hiker and musician (when she gets time away from studying).

Ann is a dedicated legal accountant with many years of experience working within international and local practice environments. Ann started training as a legal cashier at the age of 18 and went on to complete the ILFM Diploma & Legal Cashier qualification with Distinction.
After many years working in London Ann returned to Kent and worked as a Practice Manager before becoming Finance Manager for Hatten Wyatt. Ann manages the day to day running of the accounts department ensuring compliance with the SRA Accounts rules and our internal policies and procedures. She is very passionate about her role and enjoys leading the accounts team and providing a first class service.
Avril is a family law specialist with over 30 years' experience who is committed to helping families find their way through difficult situations. Avril is also a member of the Law Society Family Panel.
Wherever possible she tries to find amicable solutions to family disputes, but where court proceedings are required she will guide you through the process and ensure your interests are protected.

Deborah is a solicitor who specialises in family law. She is highly experienced and has been helping families resolve difficulties as amicably as possible for over 30 years.
As an accredited specialist with the family law support group Resolution, Deborah aims to resolve family disputes in a sensitive, constructive and cost effective way. She is keen to help families avoid going to court where possible and is a trained collaborative law specialist. She is also accredited by the government's Help and Support for Separated Families initiative and the Law Society Family Law Scheme.

Dylan completed his LLB and LPC at Anglian Ruskin University in 2019 and joined the firm in November 2022 as a Junior Executive with previous experience in a Law Clinic. Dylan joined our busy civil litigation team and has a particular interest in private client, family law and civil litigation.

Foirell is an affiliate member of STEP and recently achieved a distinction in the STEP diploma Administration of Estates.
Graham joined Bailey & Cogger in 1977 as a Trainee Solicitor becoming a Partner in 1981. He specialises in Commercial & Residential Property transactions, as well as partnership law and sale & purchase of development sites.
Graham is a keen golfer and a member of Lamberhurst Golf Club. Once a week, he plays squash against a longstanding friend which usually ends in a draw! In fairer weather, he can be found cycling around local country lanes and spending time with his three grandchildren.
Hammad studied at University of Westminster completing his Bachelors of Law in 2016 and moving on to complete his LPC and LLM in 2017. Hammad has been working within the Immigration field since 2017 firstly as an OISC caseworker and now as a qualified Solicitor. Hammad has experience advising both corporate and private clients on all stages of the immigration process across a wide range of business and personal immigration matters.

Hannah qualified as a solicitor in 2006 after completing her law degree and legal Practice course at DeMontfort University in Leicester. Hannah joined Hatten Wyatt in September 2022 after having previously worked in Kent throughout her working career.
Since qualifying Hannah has been specialising in residential conveyancing and has been fortunate enough to deal with a varied caseload which enable her to not only deal with standard transactions but also those which can present challenges for which solutions must be reached. She recently dealt with instructions which involved her dealing with the purchase of a number of rural properties for which no rights of access had been afforded.

Hardeep completed his Law Degree at BPP University, Waterloo, in 2015 before completing his LPC and Masters at Nottingham Trent University in 2019. He spent two years as a Paralegal specialising in Motoring Offence and Transport Regulatory work before commencing his training contract. He became a qualified Solicitor in March 2023 and has recently joined our busy Private Client Team.
Since qualifying Hardeep has been specialising in wills, probates and lasting power of attorney and prides himself for being an extremely personable and compassionate individual; ensuring that clients are well informed when making these tough decisions and having their best interest in mind.

Jalal studied at the University of Westminster for both my LLB and LPC. Throughout his academic career he worked as a paralegal, therefore having over 16 years of legal experience under his belt, despite having qualified as a solicitor 10 years ago.
His expertise lies in dealing with all areas of personal injury claimant work. This ranges from straight forward whiplash injuries from Road Traffic Accidents to more complex injuries that may arise from accidents at work, medical negligence, slip and trips etc.
Jalal's goal at all times is to identify and apply solutions to any problem so he can achieve the most favourable result for my clients as quickly as possible.
When not working his interests are varied. Jalal likes learning about astrophysics, theology, politics, current events, history and horology. He enjoys watching movies, listening to music, reading graphic novels, gardening and going to the gym to stay healthy. Jasvinder is the Senior Partner at Bailey & Cogger Solicitors with overall responsibility for the day to day management of the firm and for ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. He also takes the lead in developing the business through the recruitment of legal specialists and the acquisition of other law firms.
Since 2003, Jasvinder has helped Hatten Wyatt, the umbrella of our incorporated firms, grow from a one office practice in Gravesend, to a larger practice with multiple offices throughout Kent. Jeremy undertakes the defence of individuals and business personnel who have been accused of a criminal offence. He specialises in driving law and has saved many drivers licences from being taken away from them by the courts. He has over 29 years' experience and has been a police station duty solicitor since 1993. He has advised in both minor and major criminal cases including large fraud diversions and murder/manslaughter cases. He is a member of the Criminal Law Solicitors Association. He also is a past president of Medway Law Society and has been a judge for the local mock trial competitions held by the citizen's foundation for a number of local schools.
He has commenced and built up a large criminal department in north Kent and for over 10 years ran his own boutique criminal and driving law firm.

Jessica started her career in law by completing a CILEX Paralegal Apprenticeship in wills and probate and recently joined our Private Client team.

Keith is a Consultant specialising in the defence of individuals and business personnel who have been accused of a criminal offence. He has over 25 years' experience and a proven track-record in achieving great results for his clients. He is a member of the Criminal Law Solicitors Association and the Solicitors Association of Higher Court Advocates and is one of a limited number of lawyers who is qualified to deal with cases in both the Magistrates' and Crown Courts.

Arif completed his Law Degree at the University of Northumbria, Newcastle, in 2011 before completing his BPTC at the University of Law, Bloomsbury, in 2019. In addition, he has achieved a Master's in English Literature.
Arif has over 10 years of experience working at different law firms throughout Kent and London and joined our criminal department in May 2022 and specialises in sexual offences.
Currently, he manages his own caseload as a fee earner and assists senior fee earners in dealing with different cases, mainly at the Magistrates' Court and Crown Courts. He also advises clients at the police stations as a probationary police station representative.
Nick has been a Solicitor within our Tenterden branch, Pengelly & Rylands, since 1967. He retired as a Partner at the end of March 2016 to become a Consultant. He specialises in the sale, purchase and leasing of residential and commercial property. He has over 50 years' experience and consequent depth of knowledge in the areas in which he specialises.
Nick approaches his work methodically and considers himself to be very thorough in all matters in which he is instructed. He guides his clients through the property transaction and ensures that the client understands what is happening during the course of the whole transaction. Nick is always conscious that at the end of the day the client wants to do a deal and will use his best endeavours to ensure that the matter reaches a satisfactory conclusion, no matter how complex it is.

Rebecca is a senior Executive who specialises in helping people put their legal affairs in order during their lifetime and also once they have passed away by ensuring that their wishes are carried out.
Rebecca has four years' experience in dealing with Private Client Matters including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and Inheritance Tax cases.
It is never easy nor do we want to think about our death or plan for it and Rebecca has experience in helping clients who may find legal matters daunting by offering reassurance and compassion when considering the future and their potential needs.

Lasting Powers of Attorney - If you become unable to make decisions for yourself in the future, someone will need to make decisions for you. Who does this will depend on the situation. If you wish, you can officially appoint someone you trust to make decisions for you. This is called making a lasting power of attorney (LPA), and enables you to give another person the right to make decisions about your Health and Welfare and your Property and Financial Affairs.

Silviya is a solicitor who specialises in wills, trusts, probate and court of protection matters.
