Brook Walker

Office Administrator

Brook is our Office Administrator and is responsible for the smooth day to day running of the office.

Having obtained a degree in Estate Management at Southbank University Chris qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1976. Initially working in Central London and Surrey he subsequently became an Associate Partner in a large Surveying Practice in Brighton before joining the family firm in 1985 since when it has expanded to its current size. He has extensive experience in all forms of valuation and surveys and can give compressive advice on all aspects of commercial and residential property. Day to day work includes commercial rent reviews and lease extensions, as well as dilapidation matters. Chris is an RICS Register Valuer and on the panel of NatWest approved valuers. He also has a long record of dealing with cases as an expert witness having appeared in the High Court, County Court and Upper Tribunal. Chris is married with two sons and his outside interests include tennis, fishing, skiing and shooting and whilst his rugby playing days are long behind him he is still a keen spectator. Chris qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1976 and has extensive experience in all forms of valuation and surveys on commercial and residential property.

Denise Spratt

Lettings Director

She has over 30 years experience in the letting industry and has a NFOPP Level 3 award in Residential Letting and Management. Denise worked for a number of years as a manager for a large national letting agency and also has experience in private estate management. She joined the firm in 2013 and enjoys using her experience within the company. She is committed to providing a personal service in this increasingly legislated industry.
