Dr Aumran Tahir

Dr Tahir has significant experience in leading and delivering highly innovative transformation in extremely challenging situations. His journey as an innovator started in 2005 when he co-founded AT Medics and he is now a Primary Care Director for AT Medics and Operose Health. He has held posts in integrated care including the Clinical Director of the North West London Whole Systems Integrated Care Programme. He is an experienced GP specialist trainer for the London Specialty School of General Practice and has successfully mentored both GPs and GP "trainees in difficulty". He is an Honorary Senior Research Fellow at the University of Surrey (Healthcare Management & Policy) and a Health Foundation Quality Improvement Fellow. Dr Tahir is also a Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners.

Dr Fiyaz Lebbe

Dr Lebbe graduated from St. Georges, University of London in 2000. He went on to complete his GP vocational training on the Kettering Scheme. Whilst training Dr Lebbe completed a project on Change Management, supporting AT Medics in its infancy. In 2006, Dr Lebbe attained Membership to the Royal College of General Practitioners. He is an experienced GP trainer for the London School of General Practice on the Croydon Vocational Training Scheme, and he is Clinical Lead for Out Of Hours and Unscheduled Care. Dr Lebbe has significant experience in clinical and organisational turnaround in areas of social deprivation. His interests include addressing health inequalities that arise through socio-economic deprivation and improving safety in healthcare by promoting efficient practice. He also has a Level 2 RCGP Substance Misuse Qualification. Dr Lebbe leads on Urgent Care across the organisation.

Dr Hasnain Abbasi

Dr Abbasi graduated from St. George's, University of London gaining a Merit Award for "Outstanding Performance" in Medical MB finals. He attained Membership to the Royal College of General Practitioners with Merit Award in 2005. He is Joint Clinical Lead Director in East and South East London as well as being involved with GP Leadership Development. Dr Abbasi is an experienced GP specialist trainer for the London Specialty School of General Practice and he also supervises and assesses undergraduate students at St. George's, University of London. He was previously elected by Lambeth GPs to the CCG governing body and chaired the Primary Care Development Programme. Dr Abbasi previously led the pan-Lambeth Federation bid for the Prime Minister's Challenge Fund, securing £3.5mil for Lambeth residents, and jointly chaired the steering group leading extended access implementation in Lambeth. Dr Abbasi is also a Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners.

Dr Muneeb Choudhry

Dr Choudhry graduated from St. Georges, University of London in 1998 and completed his GP training in 2003 in Surrey. He travelled to remote and rural Australia after this as part of the Programme for Aboriginal Health. Following this he completed a short service commission as a Medical Officer in the Royal Air Force. Since then he has become a GP trainer, a GP appraiser and is an honorary lecturer at St. Georges, University of London with an interest in prescribing, and he is a published author on medical prescribing. He has developed practical expertise in minor surgery, joint injections, acupuncture, circumcisions, plastics and aesthetic procedures. Dr Choudhry is qualified in Occupational Medicine as well as Mediation. Dr Choudhry is also a Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners and a faculty board member for SW Thames RCGP.

Dr Tarek Radwan

Dr Radwan graduated from St George's, University of London in 1999 with Distinction, an honour given to the top 5 in each year. He then spent 3 years training in Paediatrics and Neonatal medicine and gained the Membership of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health in 2001. He attained his Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2005 with Distinction. Dr Radwan is an experienced GP specialist trainer for the London Specialty School of General Practice. He has also been a GP Director of SW Lambeth healthcare, he has been instrumental in transforming clinical care in Streatham, Hackney and Whitechapel and was awarded GP trainer of the year 2009 by Kings College Hospital. His specific interests are paediatrics, cardiovascular disease and diabetes.

Dr Usman Quraishi

Dr Quraishi graduated from St Georges, University of London in 1999. He attained Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2004 with a Merit Award. Dr Quraishi is a designated Medical Practitioner for Pharmacists at Kings College London and is a highly experienced GP Specialist Trainer for London Specialty School of Specialty Practice. He is Joint Clinical Lead Director in Croydon, SE London and Greenwich. Dr Quraishi developed and leads our bespoke clinical training and education programmes, such as AT HANDS, a programme for the development of nurses and healthcare assistants. His specialist clinical interests are in substance misuse and continuing medical education. Dr Quraishi is also a Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners.

Edward McKenzie-Boyle - CFO

Ed has worked in the healthcare sector for more than 15 years. Prior to joining Operose Health, Ed was a Director at Deloitte LLP in the Healthcare team, supporting healthcare systems and providers. This included delivering major cost transformation programmes and system reconfiguration and integration plans to drive operational and clinical quality improvements within their organisations. Prior to working at Deloitte, Ed was part of the senior finance team at The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust, where during the seven year period, he led the financial control and strategy/planning teams, and the Foundation Trust application and merger with Barnet and Chase Farm NHS Hospitals Trust.

Elad Duschak

Elad has more than 20 years of international experience working with public and private health systems across the Middle East, South East Asia, Europe and North America introducing technology-centred, innovative models of care based on outcomes across a wide range of clinical areas. Before joining Operose Health, Elad had senior management roles at AposTherapy as the global chief marketing officer and subsequently becoming the organisation's president. He was also CEO of Connected HealthTech Solutions and, alongside his current role at Operose Health, he is Chairman of the Advisory Board for the HealthTech Forum, UK Israel Business. Elad has worked closely with some of the world's leading and largest integrated health systems such as accountable care organisations and health management organisations.

Hasib Aftab - CIO

Hasib has over 10 years of healthcare technology transformation experience in senior leadership roles focusing on developing and delivering digital strategy as well as leading on developing technology solutions, digital transformation, business intelligence, information governance, technology support, developing solutions and systems. His past projects include population health platforms in North Central London STP, health information exchange portal and running digital services programme and developing cloud based platforms such as EZ Analytics (population health platform), Dr. iQ (online consultation platform) and integrations with NHS IT systems. Hasib recently led on the digital transformation of a large NHS Acute Hospital, primary care and community services working with all key stakeholders to develop a business case to support digital transformation to include clinical systems migration, setting up procurement, developing implementation and capabilities including cloud-based data warehousing and performance and clinical reporting.

Keziah Halliday - Chief Compliance Officer

Keziah Halliday is Director of Corporate Affairs and Chief Compliance Officer at Operose Health. She began her career as a civil servant in the Department of Health, where her policy roles included patient participation, emergency preparedness, integrated care, and the Government response to the Francis report. She also supported Public Health England as head of planning. Keziah joined NHS England as director for clinical commissioning groups assessment and NHS operational planning, and took on national leadership of the Better Care Fund. Before joining Operose Health, she had a joint role for NHS England and NHS Improvement (NHSEI) in charge of oversight and assessment for both the provider and commissioner sectors. Keziah joined Operose Health in January 2020, but returned to NHSEI from March to August to support the national emergency response to COVID-19. She is passionate about diversity and champions inclusion and diversity within Operose Health and for the patients and people they serve.

Liz Perry - CEO

Liz became CEO for Operose Health in March 2022 having previously been Interim CEO since March 21. She has also held the title Chief People Officer within the organisation. With more than 20 years in HR, she has previously worked at IBM, Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and RSM, before joining Operose Health as HR Director. Her industry expertise includes working in technology, retail and pharma. She has established and developed Executive Boards, Leadership Teams, HR functions and organisational infrastructures while creating cultures of collaboration and implementing change to achieve workforce excellence.

Louise Watson

Louise has more than 20 years' experience working in the NHS. Before joining Operose Health, Louise was Managing Director for the Buckinghamshire Integrated Care System and prior to that she was the national lead for the development of the multi-speciality community provider (MCP) care model as part of the national NHS new care models ‘vanguard' programme. Throughout her career she has held national, regional and Board level roles within the NHS, spanning both commissioner and provider organisations ranging from clinical commissioning director of a large commissioning organisation, commercial director of a leading Foundation Trust to chief executive leading an organisation through a major transition period.

Omar Din - Managing Director

Omar is the Managing Director Primary Care and Service for AT Medics and Operose Health. As MD, Omar leads the Senior Operational Management Team, leading the delivery of day to day services. Omar joined AT Medics in 2015 as Director of Digital and Communications. Over the past 6 years, Omar also co-founded and established two further AT Group entities: AT Tech and AT Learning, to support the technology and education needs of AT Medics, and to provide these as additional services to the NHS. In particular, Omar has led on AT Medics' digital transformation - launching Dr. iQ our online consultation platform, developing our digital strategy and integrating our systems for our people, utilising change management and quality improvement expertise. Omar also heads up our learning and development arm, AT Learning, a key partner in delivering education and digital innovations to the NHS. Omar has held senior roles in communication and digital transformation in several industries in the UK and the UAE.
