Alan now holds the position Director of Technology this includes responsibility for our Engineering, New Product Introduction, Best Practice, Research & Development Departments, and the impact of REACh on the business.
Alan has gained a wealth of experience within all aspects of surface treatments, having spent 40 + years in the industry. In 1999 Alan made the transition from Production into senior management and has held various roles including Operations, Business Development, Quality, & HSE Manager.

During this time he acquired an electrical engineering degree and several management qualifications. Damon joined SWMF in 2012 as General Manager. To allow the business to grow he focused on the operational side of the business, introducing several innovations, managing change whilst bringing stability to the team. During his spare time Damon enjoys working on his 400 year old farmhouse, spending time with his wife and two teenage daughters. If he has any time left he enjoys cycling.
Damon spent 25 years in the gas turbine industry; originally as an engineering apprentice gaining a wealth of expertise in several roles.
Holding senior positions including Managing Director and General Manager for over 20 years. Lyndon holds an MBA with the University of Wales, has gained numerous qualifications with the Institute of Quality Assurance and Management Services and trained in 6 sigma disciplines. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife watching both his son and daughter perform as musicians / actors on the theatre stage.
Lyndon joined the SWMF team in 2019. He has gained extensive experience within the manufacturing sector, including contract manufacturing, automotive and the aerospace & defence industry.

Nick also has a keen interest in construction, aerospace, and marine engineering.
Nick is a dynamic, qualified and experienced FD, with a proven ability to guide us through the maze of financial planning, strategy, and day to day accounting management.
During his time at SWMF Paul has carried a variety of different roles, providing him with an in depth knowledge of the business. The majority of his efforts are now supporting new business development and the business strategy. He sits on the national committee of the SEA which aims to support the surface treatment sector in the UK. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his young son Elliot and wider family. If he gets time to escape he is a keen sailor, kite surfer, golfer and cyclist.
After completing a business degree Paul joined the family business in 1997 and is now CEO of SWMF.

Sean is a very experienced director of sales and marketing, with a proven successful history of working in many different industry sectors for 30+ years.
Sean heads up the group's marketing and sales activities, along with his increasingly successful sales team.
