Anna joined Mayfly as a Social Media Manager in 2020. She took her first steps into the industry in 2016, completing the City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 in digital marketing before securing her first social media role.
Anna spent four years managing social media marketing for a local award-winning hair salon business, eventually being promoted to Head of Social before moving to Mayfly.

Bella joined Mayfly in 2022, after spending four years working as a Social Media Manager in Doha. In Qatar, Bella developed a diverse social marketing skillset working for a leading marketing agency. She managed campaigns for a range of niches, including Wishbox, The Approved Market, Grams/Katara Club and Twyla Technology.
Following her return back home to Liverpool, she began a social media role for Liverpool Football Club which included creating posts and stories to be published to over 110 million followers, devising campaign ideas including LFC Retail's video campaign introducing the Nike 2021/2022 Third Kit, and assisting LFCTV in video projects promoting community work.
Bella's role at Mayfly includes managing social media accounts, adapting business' brand values to new social marketing strategies, planning cross-channel content, managing paid ads and assessing business' social media analytics.
Chelsea joined Mayfly in 2022. She is our SEO Content Writer and Wordle Queen! Chelsea is a Creative Writing graduate from Liverpool John Moores University and is working toward a Masters in Writing at Manchester Metropolitan University.
Chelsea kickstarted her career in content writing after graduating in 2018, when she began freelance writing. She has written for a wide range of companies from small businesses, to nationwide enterprises.
She has worked for marketing firms spanning Liverpool, Cheshire, and the wider Merseyside area. Throughout her freelance and agency work, she has built knowledge in content marketing, copywriting, and SEO.
Her role as SEO Content Writer encompasses all things wordy. From captivating blog pieces to optimised product descriptions. She loves expanding her skills and is continually learning new ways to make her words go further.
John joined Mayfly in 2016 after studying English at the University of Liverpool. In 2020, he completed the Chartered Institute of Marketers' Level 6 Digital Diploma in Marketing. This degree-level qualification took a year to complete and involved researching and applying established marketing frameworks to digital practices.
He has worked across the full range of digital marketing channels with dozens of clients in a wide range of industries including private schools, independent hospitals and international franchise businesses.
John's work with Mayfly includes managing Google Ads accounts, developing organic content strategies, managing web design projects and designing email marketing campaigns.

Liam Patton is the Director of Mayfly having founded the business in 2008.
Starting from a one-man operation, Liam has overseen the expansion of the business to provide a full digital marketing service to businesses around the world from his base in Liverpool.
Paul Burnhill has worked with Mayfly since 2014.
He has over 20 years of experience building websites for large-scale professional services and government sectors.
Paul has developed fast, high-performing websites for legal and financial clients including solicitors, barristers, law firms, and accounting businesses.
Puneet started building his SEO experience in 2016. His career has included working for both national and local clients starting as an SEO Assistant and moving on to a Senior SEO position before becoming an SEO Manager. He joined Mayfly in June 2022 as an SEO Consultant.
Puneet brings a positive work ethic alongside a never give up attitude. He loves to share his SEO knowledge with the team and help the business win more new clients.
In his spare time, Puneet loves learning new SEO skills that make his clients happy. He also likes exploring the great outdoors, travelling, listening to Country music, and sampling malt whisky. He hopes to try sky-diving…one day!
Tom joined Mayfly's SEO team in 2022. After achieving a Bachelor's Honours in English Language, he started working in the Digital Marketing industry in 2020, picking up valuable agency experience and learning the basics of SEO.
Tom has worked on a diverse portfolio of projects to make businesses stand out from the crowd and generate leads.
Tom's role at Mayfly involves carrying out all aspects of Technical and On-Page SEO across each of our client's websites. He is dedicated to helping small businesses improve their visibility on search engines and reach their full potential online.
When he's not in the office, Tom enjoys going to new food spots around Liverpool, watching Everton, going to the gym, and playing the guitar.
Valeriya joined Mayfly in 2022, after having completed degrees in International Relationships, and Languages (English and Spanish), as well as an International Management MSc.
She has worked in the social media industry since 2019, starting as an independent blogger and influencer, and has accumulated over 90,000 followers across all platforms.
Valeriya's marketing and language skills have taken her across the world undertaking freelance work for clients including the Embassy of Qatar, and creating content for sport agencies like The Anfield Wrap, This is Anfield and Liverpool Football Club.
Valeriya's role at Mayfly chiefly involves creating short-form video content for reels on Instagram and posts on TikTok. She also specialises in creating, implementing and optimising social media strategies for brands and influencers.
