Anuradha Rai joined the Stone Forest Group in 2015. Currently a tax manager, she specialises in handling corporate and individual tax compliance filing requirements and handling withholding tax matters across different industries. Anuradha's portfolio includes managing a team to provide accounting and compliance solutions to Small to Medium Enterprises ("SMEs"). She is also actively involved in the development of individual tax system as well as meeting prospects to advise them on annual compliance matters and statutory filings. Before joining AccountServe, Anuradha assumed the role of a tax and corporate secretarial manager with a mid-sized accounting firm in Singapore.
Anuradha is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant ("ACCA"). She is also an Accredited Tax Practitioner (Provisional) Income Tax & GST of the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals Limited ("SCTP").

Bernice Lau joined Stone Forest's CorpServe as a corporate secretarial assistant intern in 2006, and continued her tenure upon attaining her Diploma in Accountancy awarded by Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
Bernice has more than 10 years of professional experience in areas of corporate secretarial compliance, business establishment and registration, corporate restructuring and dissolution, and cessation of business.
She holds a Bachelor of Commence in Marketing Management conferred by Murdoch University, Australia, and she is an associate member of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore ("CSIS").

Catherine joined the firm as a corporate secretarial executive upon attaining a Diploma in Accountancy (Merit) from Ngee Ann Polytechnic. She then pursued the ICSA and became an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in 2000. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), University of London.
Catherine has more than 20 years of experience which includes all aspects of corporate secretarial compliance, business establishment and registration, corporate restructuring and dissolution and cessation of business. She has dealt with a diverse portfolio of clients who are in the businesses of manufacturing, property development, information technology, financial institutions, fund management, investment holding and shipping etc. In the course of her secretarial practice, Catherine has served as Company Secretary to both public-listed and private companies.

Since commencing his own practice, he has undertaken numerous consultancy projects in the region. In addition, he has helped several companies to restructure as well as secure venture capital funding and additional credit facilities from financial institutions. In the area of pre-listing review and listing work, Kian Huat was instrumental in the successful listing of several companies on the Singapore Exchange.

Eileen assists our clients in Technology Consulting, Infrastructure and Security, and ERP/CRM Business Solutions, as well as oversees other IT businesses for the firm. Her role is mainly in business development and collaboration with partners.
A qualified accountant by training, Eileen is also heavily involved in IT consultancy work. Her forte is in the retail/F&B, construction, healthcare, services, sales and distribution industries. Her accounting background, coupled with her strong interest in IT, gives her a clear understanding of processes and methodologies to help clients evaluate and implement IT solutions. Eileen's list of clients ranges from international firms to local and listed companies.
Prior to her appointment, she was involved in regional project management since 2000, providing retail consultancy to a number of well-known international retailers in the region. She had also been with the Accountant-General's Department, handling financial work, budgeting, planning and internal audit.

She helps in managing regional pursuits of client outsourcing, recruitment and contract talent solutions that can help businesses improve operational efficiencies.
Prior to joining the AccountStaff, Fionn was with an MNC responsible for the regional accounting, corporate finance, statutory and compliance for the Australia, India, and Singapore offices.

Lim Su Ping joined the Stone Forest Group as an accounts manager in 2019. She is involved in business process re-engineering and operations management for lean and productive teams. Su Ping supervises her team to effectively meet compliance timelines and she is also involved in the simplification of work processes through automation projects. Prior to joining the firm, she was a corporate secretarial manager with a mid-sized accounting firm in Singapore.
Su Ping is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants ("ACCA"), the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants ("ISCA") and Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore ("CSIS"), as well as a Chartered Valuer and Appraisal graduate.
