We then use our 20 years of experience to smoke it perfectly for you and your guests to enjoy... Brisket is a house favorite of Boston Hills BBQ. We model our smoking technique after Franklin BBQ in Austin Texas. (Perhaps the best brisket cook on the planet). Our catering customers last year told us their guests absolutely loved it.
