In his 31 years in the industry, Robbie has worked in Europe, Asia, S. America, and the USA. This geographical range combined with his multiple job roles over the years has given him a very broad knowledge base of global transportation and logistics. This diversity has proved to be a great asset for Cavalier and has been extremely influential in our growth over the past decade. Starting his logistics career in sales, Robbie maintains the skills and disciplines he honed during this period, which have aided his success throughout his career. He recently stated "Even though the titles have changed over the years, Business Development and Capture Management seem to be the popular monikers at the moment, Sales has always been the life blood of the business and everyone in our organization is part of the sales team." This outlook is shared throughout the Cavalier organization and forms a bedrock for our success. Tim Holdaway - Founder

Tim served his country as a member of the US Marine Corp. After several Meritorious promotions, he received an Honorable Discharge and returned to his home State of Virginia to begin his career in the transportation and logistics industry. At the risk of being cliché, his story is a perfect example of the true American dream. Young man starts working as a document runner at the airport to provide for his young family. He learns the business at lightning speed and develops a successful career, then risks everything to start up his own logistics company. Thirty-Eight years later he is President and CEO of an extremely successful and highly regarded company with eight offices throughout the USA and UK. A true visionary in our industry, Tim has ensured that Cavalier not only offers first class service but that we also stay at the cutting edge of technology and service offerings. His philosophy and integrity has soaked into the company culture and has resulted in customer and staff retention figures which are off the charts and of which we are all rightfully proud.
